I understand that participation in firearms training, including live-fire exercises and handling of real weapons, carries inherent risks including but not limited to serious injury, disability, or death. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for these risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in firearms training provided by SFA, I hereby release, waive, and discharge SFA, its owners, officers, and instructors, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless SFA and all aforementioned parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in firearms training. I am not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any substance that may impair my judgment or ability to safely handle firearms.

I agree to follow all safety protocols, instructor commands, and rules set forth by SFA. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the training without refund.

I give permission for photographs, video, or other media of me during training to be used for promotional purposes by SFA.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the State of Pennsylvania, and any legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state.
